must be just translation cause i see it as determination down

it may say damage down when you hover over the debuff icon.. but im pretty sure the scrolling combat text says determination down

EDIT: Nvm I fount a workaround, anyone interested into this or something similar this is how I did it:

I added it below Maim skill
Conditions:
Player has buff: 85 <<-- Maim buff on you
Previous Skill ID: 37 <<-- Maim

Therefore it will only and always use it after Maim
