Since I don't know where to ask for support for this issue, I will ask it here.

I tried to buy FFXIV bot but after I did, the message was telling me that I chose to pay later and will send the email to me once I pay... I already bought the bot twice with different cards and it has the same message. I don't even know where I can see the option to pay instantly or later.. I usually don't have this issue.. Kinda annoys me.

I did that, but I didn't want to send a ticket. I thought I can get a help here faster. But oh well, okay I will.

yes all billing stuff has to be handled via the ticket system. you wont get help here in support on billing issuse this is for bot support, bugs and such.
