why wait for more than 1 target ? its off gcd so always a dps gain - and inline with that the only reason i ask about gs is it seems to be held onto for ages - i think 3 a min can/should be executed? thanks

Because holding onto it also makes GS get used around 3 per minute using my method. People on the official forums already stated that hitting 21s Botd doesn't mean you must use GS immediately. It just means you are safe to use it at ANY time and not risk losing the buff. This profile makes use of that to make sure you get the most out of your GS when you have the window open to use it.
