    Not sure about Valent, but I do not. I experience it on both my laptop and desktop. Without a controller. And Mainly when I am farming in Forelands and using the Ahriman Mount. If I switch to the choco mount (mainly any other mount) it flies fine, but Ahriman causes a lot of spinning.
