I don't think it will try to fly if there are no cubes there, if you deleted some cubes and only hit save mesh that's probably why. You need to build it or reload the bot. Or just try deleting the .cub file for the location or just make a new ground mesh and call it something else. Tho I don't see why you'd wanna disable flying really, it works pretty damn well...
