The abilities (Aerial Slash, Contagion, Shockwave) are working for Garuda while in "Obey" now so thank you for that, but I can't get the buffs "Rouse" & "Spur" to activate still.

Just to make sure, I made a new profile for testing that only had "Rouse," Spur," and "Enkindle" with no conditions other than the target being set as "Pet". It will not fire period.

Ok, I found the issue.

Target->Skill Target->PET
Target->Player Target->ANY

This used to work with Player Target being set to "Enemy," but now Player Target needs to be set to "Any".

I'll update my profile in a few and everything will be in working order.
