Update:

Found a work around,

Open your LUA Profile

Location: C:\MINIONAPP\Bots\FFXIVMinion\LuaMods\ffxivminion\CraftProfiles\

Change ["page"] = 0;

to

["page"] = 4;

Save your LUA profile, and should work again (until you re-save your profile in game).
