With Esuna, you can adjust the debuffs it removes as shown below. Concussion isn't listed in the known debuffs list, so I added all three concussion IDs under "Has Buffs". Take a look at the default white mage skill profile to get an idea of how to set up the rest of the options.

As for Regen, it depends on what you want it to do. Do you want it to refresh the moment it drops off the tank? Do you want it to be used on other party members as well? Upload the profile you're using and I'll look at it when I can.
