In the meantime, just buy all the offhand tools you might need for foreseeable levels, since this is usually what the profile is being forced to obtain so that you can level.
I'm adding some debug info to spit out to the console what is attempting to be purchased, but at this point we will start needing more info than you guys are currently giving, such as npc/location/item attempting to be purchased and item actually purchased.
