Uninstall is all you need to do.
But there is also (for now, we are getting rid of that in a next update of minionapp) an additional Minionapp folder in your hidden appdata folder on your c drive (google appdata). There it holds some settings.

Much appreciate the response and multiple updates. How would you go about actually saving the setting in game (such as use a specific food everytime you start the bot) and is there a file or a folder that I can backup my settings, changes I made to Autogrind....etc?
