I have been tinkering with the default AST profile and I want to revert it to the default. How do I do this please?

I tried deleting it from the SkillManagerProfiles folder and then trying to check for updates but it doesn't pull a new one (I googled and that seemed to be the right thing from what I could find)

Deleteing and reloading lua or restarting the bot should apply a new file if its missing.
The defaults are downloaded into skillmanagerprofile/defaults folder copied from there.
