Description of bug: Bot refuses to use broil II from skill profile, though Broil II can be cast from the "Dev" menu and the ID is correct.
To reproduce: The default Scholar skill profile doesn't use broil II, possibly since it's outdated, but if you replace the Ruin IIs with Broil II from either the skill profile editor or from notepad++ it will just stand idle instead of casting anything. It will cast Ruin II just fine.

Note: Broil II has two alias IDs, it can be cast from either 163 or 3584. Don't know if this is part of the issue.
