These are named very confusing to me. Maybe Im just stupid but I dont wanna blow up millions of gil worth of mats using the wrong thing.

Is any of these cable of crafting the 70 Dur 3943 difficulty gear for non spec?

for the new gear you need 1500/1350/478 without food.. 478? is that correct?

Is the non spec for 3.5 star crafts  I think someone listed the minimum stats without food here but I set a min cp check in the profile
