I cant get Arm of the Destroyer to work either. Even when its the only move in the skill manager with no settings changed. Could there be something broken with AoE spells or is it just bad skill IDs? I have reloaded LUA modules and refreshed skills and got the same result
I found the fix!
If its a skill you can cast out of combat with no target selected, set the target as "Player" and it will work fine. I got Arm of the Destroyer, Flash, and Blizzard II to work perfectly
