I think these are pretty miner (lol get it) when you consider the fact that they come under observation detection, meaning someone has to watch you and monitor you, which they could just try talking to you in /tell, emoting around you, doing stuff someone "watching" would react to, see you there for 3 days 24hrs every day and realize yep, ur a bot.
Also like some have said, lag removes a lot of what you think is "Shard" and will actually adjust your path. For example if you run few steps and take a sudden 90 degree and run few steps, other players do not see this, they see few steps and a diagnol with some steps and then more. Its ironic that SE's shoddy servers and dreadful netcode is helping disguise automation as it will always pick a straight path to the next positional update, making your jaggy and sharp turns more fluid and common.
