you should have MT and OT I'm pretty sure i set my War as MT and my PLD as OT and the war picks up the adds and tail. No one should be dieing till the very end if you have it all set up correct. YOu may lose 1 tank at the end when the timer reaches 0. BUt make sure you edit the skill profile , you need to disable stone skin on both healers. and you need to disable raise on one of hte healers. add provoke to both tanks.
