    Is Not Ready - skill is not currently usable, but not necessarily on cooldown
    CD Not Ready - skill is on cooldown and not ready

    Next Skill ID - use skill ID (ex. 4) next
    Next Skill Prio - use skill which is #4 in your skill profile, useful if you have multiple copies of a certain skill ID (i.e. Ninjutsu)
