could be refering to the dragoon 4th chain buff, but the check isnt required as the skill only becomes active if the buff is up.

how would you check a bosses attack buff that affects you... but while playing in game??
there is one in the aery that causes esuna to rapid fire but i can't figure out what the id for it is
