open Dev-Tp. Click on the list of existing cord to teleport.

I manually entered the xyz coord. I just don't know how to make it teleport after that. I'm using beta if that makes a differemce.

EDIT:
Do I enter the Coordinates then hit Quick Load? I saw QL1 and QL2 not sure what those mean but when I hit QL1 it teleported me up

No you dont enter anything. Hit save, give it a name and pick player POS. You should see something added to the UI

Great. NOW.. I just click the name of the waypoint and it should tele me to that location? However, it isn't. I made a waypoint and it appeared but I can't tele when I click on the waypoint. I even went to a different zone that had 12~ pre-made waypoints and none of them teleport me either. I've looked up and down the forums I just can't find this little tidbit.

Yes. Teleport is enabled in hack section. But I don't think I ran as administrator. But every other function I use works except this.

Now that I have it working.. Is there a way to force the duty finder to ASK you if you want to replenish ranks or not? When I join in progress and am the last one remaining, it automatically begins finding members. I know in the past it has asked me if I want to or not. Anyone know about this? I don't want to solo until that goes away.

Not that I am aware of; SE made Duty finder to always auto find new members as long as a viable party can be formed (2 tank, 2 healer, 4 dps or 1 tank, 1 healer, 2 dps).
