    most zones should have fishing markers already built in to the meshes. they are based on level. Just put the bot in fishing mode.

    With that being said. the best way to level fishing is through the leve quest system. Just buy HQ fish from the marketboard and you can level fishing 1-50 in about 3-4 hours.
