Please help me, I am using the updated minionapp, and is giving this error all the time, password change and open again, but the launcher does not work, I clicked check for updates all the time, but it is already fully updated and is giving the same error.
I am now again installing minionapp, I always used and never gave this error, when in doubt, I am installing it again hoping to solve.

login incorrect means 1 of a coupe things,
A) your password and username are wrong
B) you have 1 time password(security token)
C) the bot cannot connect to the launcher. make sure to point the bot at ffxiv.exe
99.99999% that error is because of usererror.

Thanks for answering but do not use token at all, never used, concerned the password has been verified and entered the game, the error was corrected when deleted everything and installed again.
The fxiv.exe shortcut was intact, I never changed :)

I am pretty sure you get this error too, when you are suspended /banned.

well yeah but that would fall under not authenticating with their servers.
