The out-of-the-box bot doesn't do this, but you can write lua scripts to accomplish the task.
Someone wrote a really nice fishing mod awhile back called Legendary Fisher. I have been keeping my copy of it up-to-date, although I think I saw a post where the author was doing some work on it, so the one available on this site might still be working.
It lets you create a profile with a list of different fish from a fish database the author has put a lot of effort into making. It knows times, weather conditions, levels, gathering skill, bait and a whole bunch of other things. It is a very well-written script. The only problems I ever had with it was because of game updates or mmominion updates, but with a little bit of tweaking I was able to get it running again.
