@TauTau : i'm checking, but dont forget floormesh between islands dont exist.
So navigator can travel to the destination if he dont find a way (watermesh dont exist)

Try to check the pos AE. If you are on the same islands, you can click on the AE, Navigator can move to the spot. if not ...maybe function vip can help you ;)

edit : Mesh officiel broken, if you have a big drop rate fps, its because navigator research a path to move to the spot (but no path).
Spam stop move button or reboot game.
