Now it's not even listed anymore...?

Will it come back?
I play this game only for pvp reasons...

I do not know what you had bought and what was not. If you already bought it and it is displayed as not purchased, make sure you are logged in with the correct account. Otherwise, open a support ticket, preferably with the purchase document, which may still be stored in your message board.
