Fxfire mentioned that a new SM (skillmanager?) is coming soon?  So I was wondering if we could get oGCD and GCD a bit better defined for making profiles.  As I become proficient at more jobs, I'm realizing there is quite a gain from firing certain oGCDs late in the oGCD window.  This tends to relate to how many GCDs you get under certain buffs.

So question is; can the new SM have defineable oGCD timings?  Like oGCD1, oGCD2, oGCD3, or something like that.
