    There are some tricky issues with the ActionList data currently that are manifesting with the SkillManager exactly as you describe. We're looking into it. In the meantime, if you hit "refresh" enough times it should eventually find the right skill data so you can populate your button correctly. Sorry for the inconvenience, we'll get the underlying issue sorted out asap.
