Can we have a check for target's actual HP check. It's very annoying when the bot tries to apply debuff on a target that is about to die, or when the mob has very little HP to start with, or low hp mobs on some encounters that requires you to kill quickly or it wipes the raid. But you can't kill it quickly cause the bot is spending 2.43 sec casting the 20sec debuff spells that does small damage over time when it's gonna die in 5 secs with normal attacks. With health % check it will always trigger these abilities that is useless for low HP mobs and mobs that are about to die. Of course we need targetHP% checks for bosses and HP% ability triggers but adding a "target's actual HP" check will fix all the other problems.
