Yes other people STILL see you casting. Yes it is NO swiftcast. That is where you are totally right.

Still it has 2 uses. As it seems cast-abortion is client-side - as on your client there is no cast bar : no cast-abortion for incoming damage. Another use: For some reason Flare and Raise went out as soon as the GCD skills went uo again. So after 2.3 seconds (Spellspeed ect.) instead of 8 for the Raise.

think you posted in wrong thread. My testing showed yes client side Flare and other skills went right way but the Scroll damage did show untill the full cast time of the skill would of typically past. So from an out side looking in. i watched the character full cast flare. From the character flare was instant cast. but i didnt see damage untill the 2nd character viewed my cast bar finishing the full cast of flare. So yes it looks as if your instant casting flare from your client side but the server doesnt register the damage untill the full cast would of normaly finished. i tested this with heals as well the heal was instant but the character didnt actually get healed till the cast time would of normaly finished

If my game wouldn't go 5 fps I would record what I meant but well.. wouldnt be of alot of use...
