Windows Defender, here are my settings:
Real-time protection (off) Excluded files and locations: C\ffxivminion, C:\Program Files(x86)\SquareEnix\FINAL FANTASY XIV - A Realm Reborn Excluded processes: C:\ffxivminion\FFXIVMinion_GUI_Launcher.exe, C:\Program Files(x86)\SquareEnix\FINAL FANTASY XIV - A Realm Reborn\game\ffxiv.exe All other settings are default.

Hmm, I can't think of anything else. You probably will have better luck to have someone do a teamviewer session with you and actually look at the computer.
