The ing 2 buff is code 256.
If you want BB to trigger only while it is active put it in the must have buffs.
Otherwise it will trigger without the buff.

How much CP is needed? I have 350 w/o food.


After a bit of testing I think I understand whats happening. It seems that when u get to the end it will only use Byregott's blessing if the craft have a condition of good or excelent. This is however a problem as w/o it u miss out allot of quality if you dont get the needed quality. Is there any way to set it upp to force it to be used batween the 2 carefull synthesis'es if it has not proc'ed earlier?

Thats probly where your issue is. turn on tricks of the trade and you will probly get an additional 20 - 40 cp .
And make sure you have the updated version
