Refund Policy

Before requesting a refund, please be assured that we are always willing to sort out existing problems you experienced with our software. If you had problems running the software which were caused by us, we are willing to extend your Keycode time. If you were not able to run it at all out of technical reasons beyond our control, we offer a refund.

General Refund Rules

Due to technical reasons, refunds are only possible for payments made through Safecharge / Gate2Shop.

Refund of unused Keycodes

At any time up to 30 days after your purchase of a Keycode you can request a refund for the purchased subscription time / Keycode - if this Keycode was not yet actiavted and was not beeing used already. Please open a HelpTicket by clicking the Button below and include your unused Keycode and state your intend.

Refund of used keycodes

1, 3 and 6 Month Keycodes: Refund up to 3 days after activation.

Refund of 3rd Party Addons

3rd Party Addons bought from the store are eligible for a refund up to 3 days after the purchase.

Refund of Subscriptions / Recurring Payments

You will not receive a refund for the current billing period, except in the event of defective Content, or as otherwise set out out in ourTerms and Conditions. You may cancel a subscription at any time during any month of the subscription, and the subscription will be cancelled as of the following month.
