Added a few fixes for priority issues that were ruining your AFK-ability

I added a workaround that now should prevent the very odd and rarely occuring "backpedal-strafing-bug". Let me know if it helped!

- Unsellable items should now be blacklisted after the bot attempts to sell the item 3 times...it should continue the selling routine and return to farming
- Vendors and Repair merchants who are contested should now be blacklisted for 5 minutes meaning the bot will either find a new NPC or return to farming until the blacklist timer is up
- Repair settings have been modified (again). The bot will now begin moving to repair merchant when 4 pieces of armor are damaged...this seems like a good ...
