Weather is no longer pulled from Angler, it uses AceLib now. So I presume that means it no longer needs the weathercollector.exe

There might be some issues concerning weather in Lower La Noscea, South Shroud and Dravanian Hinterlands tho.
Did you place everything in
...\Minion\Bots\FFXIVMinion\LuaMods\LedgendaryFishing
After that did you restart the bot or reload LUA Modules?
