    yes it is, http://wiki.mmominion.com/doku.php?id=minionapp its covered in the installation wiki that you should of followed.

    the launcher should be pointed at the ffxiv.exe not boot. boot.exe launches teh ffxiv launcher which the minion app launcher bypasses that. you need to point the minion app to ffxiv.exe

    but if you want to use the attach button follow the instructions found in the wiki
