Hawk eye and b4b combo uses the new macro system. If b4b isn't casting, it probably means that your ping is higher than 100ms.
It can be fixed in two ways: increase the time delay for the macro or go back to using chains. Since everybody has different pings, it looks like I'll have to go back to using a chain method and hope it doesn't run into the same rare problem that occurs from Barrage/Emp Arrow with Skill Queue.

-Added chain to make sure Hawk & B4B are used together. Skill Queue users may have rare issue similar to Barrage/Emp ArrowFor people having issues where B4B is not casting after Hawk Eye while using 3.02, try out 3.02b. If you don't have this problem, the update to 3.02b is not necessary.
