    Seems to be that way, the skill description said the character needs to be 10 yards away from the mob..

    I tried to tweak it like the Min. Range and Max Range but to no avail...

    The skill is very useful especially when grinding since after you stun the mob, you can get 1-2 free hits in before it starts attacking you
