Even when its the only spell in the skillmanager with a max range set for 7 and target enemy it wont cast it. It sits back at around 25 and does nothing. What did I miss?
Same here... I have no restrictions set, though still it doesn't fire. I attach my profile (lvl13) if anyone wants to take a look...
