Think i'm having the same issue. Trying a few things to see if they work still though
Ok so found the fix.. The login name you are probably using your forum registered name (like I was).
If you look it is asking for the "keycode" not your username and then password (which is your pw from forum acct).
This worked for me.. hopefully fixes it for you also.
