    either you AV is blocking Minion from connecting to the ffxiv authenticater, your information is actually wrong, or you have a bad install of the game(or multiple installs and you have it pointed to a bad install of the game).

    99.99% of the time its one of these 3 things. If you have teamviewer i will log in and fix it for you.
