Most of the time a triple weave comes from having a bloodletter proc while you also need to use barrage or if it says GCD > song + raging + proc > GCD. The best way to adjust this is move the OGCD >= time farther up as in if bloodletter proc the use when OGCD <=2.5 and >=0.1 would potentially make the system register that OGCD as queued for execution at exactly 0.1s or slightly prior even though 2 other OGCDs were registered as queued and executed prior to that pushing the 3rd OGCD animation/execution lock further into your next GCD. To prevent this you would say adjust the OGCD >=0.1 to a higher number meaning it will not queue that OGCD as late in your OGCD window. Programming is usually not a short answer so apologies if it sounds overwhelming.

Related as to why my profile does that is most likely bloodletter usually. Because a server tick is 3s and your GCD varies wildly throughout the rotation in relation to the server tick you can get procs very late in the OGCD window and did my best to decide the best OGCD timing to use the proc without missing the next server tick to potentially get another one. I don't main BRD so I'm sure its not perfect but there is all of my answer and its free and it was something I wanted to do.
