Regarding the Trust npc you want to pick up for a run. Manually select your team, enter the dungeon, press start on Revolt. Then the bot will use the same team for the next run. It works the same way as Squadrons.
Those question have been asked more than 100 times on the Revolt Discord, you should take a look, im pretty sure you'll find good resources, but also people sharing their experiences to find the best way but also a safe way to bot in duties.

You can also group with other users to run with pre made parties.
