I've remade the mesh a couple times and this still happens. Infact its always at the same spot the bot will run to.
Whats more interesting is other botters are doing it and they get hit worse. I've seen 2 bots jumping and spinning in the same spot my bot gets stuck, it all looks a bit "obvious" :P
Hopefully next update has fix.
To help, this is on Nodes just right outside Uldah, I have another bot botting else where in another zone and does not have this issue at all.
