You're totally right, i said to Hallec the same thing. When i look at the vistas website ( http://vistas.explorexiv.com/) i see that every particular weather (like thunder, snow etc) are very long to come. 2 days for some sights. I guess SE changed something but i have no infos actually. I'll refresh the wiki :)

I started to test again Scenery from A to Z with a clean account that never started sightseeing log.
So far what i see is jumps, when they are forced by the mesh, are not working. That's why sights like 2.0 #16 & #17 are not working, letting your character stuck doig nothing. For now, i guess it's not Scenery side, since it was working pretty well before and we didnt change anything. So i continue to test all Scenery, but i think it's important to share this here. Jumps are dead for now.

With the safe mode unchecked, would that overwrite the default settings of No Telehacks in FF14 main setting?
I forgot to check it and when I realized it's done some logs already

Scenery doesnt look at the teleport hack settings. With Safe Mode checked, you'll only go to legit and OMCed sights (with Offmesh connection, mesh side setting that makes you jump or slide).
The main problem actually is navigation side. It fails a lot of jumps even if you're playing at 60fps. It was working well before, something changed on the minion nav system. Also, even if most of the zone transition are fixed, i still see that Hinterland/Old Gridania/others can fail too. I'm looking at it, and fix when i can.

ahh so it doesnt use tP hacks, I was worried as there was someone near me

It uses tp hacks on some sights (around 8 or 10 on ARR and 3 or 4 on Heavensward).
With safe mode you'll skip thoses ones.
