An unexpected error has occurred.

Exiting FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reporn.(1)

Screenshot attached.

I've been getting these off and on for the last several months.
- Character doesn't respond to wasd keys
- Character looks frozen (mid stride)
- Other PC's move jerkily (slow refresh?)
- Bot status window continues to countdown on marker, can navigate bot menu's / lua's

Tried a vanilla minion - but it happens so rarely it's hard to reporduce.

If it were a 90k the launcher could recover, but it's not recovering from this.

Thoughts? Am I the only one?

Thanks
:)

Not the only one, it's happening on my hubby's PC a lot. Not sure why his and not mine. I'll be watching his PC and he'll be super laggy/jerky for like 10-20 minutes and eventually he just completely freezes up and crashes with the Unexpected Error dialog. It only happens to him when Minion is up but we haven't been able to troubleshoot it beyond that.

Alright, thanks for the feedback - suppose it's not a big deal - but if I can help gather info let me know.
Happens to me once a week or so.

Thanks
:)

I am also getting this issue, quite often upon zoning actually. Seems like a memory leak.

I can reproduce this about every 20 minutes. Happens when zoning. Does not discriminate on area zoning to. Im almost positive this is something AMD related. I remember a thread a while back where this only seemed to be happening to AMD card users.

I'm running win 10 with an i7 chip, ddr4 ram, and 980ti and I'm having this issue as well so I don't believe its only an AMD issue. It happens about every hour for me, like clockwork, and didn't start happening until after the 3.2 patch. I've been keeping resource monitor open so I can watch when its crashing; It looks like a memory leak

besides the exact bot mode, maps, if you used other addons and tried without them , if you modified your navmesh or not, what other software you are using(screenshot your installed programs n features in windows), CPU, RAM, GPU, installed all latest drivers/updates for windows, reinstalled minionapp, ...stuff like that...

Sure. When I get home this evening Ill reboot my comp, snapshot running processes, give you a complete internal breakdown of hardware, and try to time and record all in game actions from load in till crash.

So I see this isn't only my problem ?
Keep getting it in random ways.

After a while when I zone into new area, it pops window "Building navmesh" for a longer time then usual.
After that window disappears, bot stops working.
At all.
Reload lua does not helping.
Got to kill the process and restart it over.
Or if I leave it without restarting, game client crashes eventualy with "An unexpected error has occureed"
