Thats pretty easy to add in but aside from the initial burst rotation I think quelling is something youd want on demand rather than woven into rotation.

Anyone know why it casts Barrage and then cancels the buff immediately? I can't figure it out in skill manager.

There are no profiles optimized for heavensward. there are some that 'work' but they are not optimized. this one of them.

Ahh I see, so this is a bug then? or Skill Manager issue? I'm just curious, because I don't recall seeing a "Cancel Buff" action in Skill Manager.
I'll be using one of the new BRD routines in a couple days.
