I'm having an issue in CT2 where my character on assist ends up on a mutilation loop with no clear way to stop it. It makes me look incredibly suspicious, so i've had to avoid doing 4 man instances.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

I'm using the on board Ninja skill profile, and it works great until mutilation loops into infinity.
