It seems I cannot get "Previous Combo Skill NOT" to work.
For example, I set up a profile with one skill, Bootshine, ID 53.
From the default settings for the skill, I changed "Previous Combo Skill NOT" to: 53
The result is repeated use of Bootshine.
If I change Previous GCD Skill NOT to 53, it works correctly, with debug reporting "Condition [Previous GCD Skill NOT ID Check] failed its check for Bootshine[1]" as expected.
[edit] Hmm, I guess these are not true combo skills in the game sense so that probably explains it.
