I have an issue where if all my characters are in a party and I change the botbase, say from Duty to Quest. If a teleport is needed then each character will take the teleport and then teleport back where they started. It creates this loop of just teleporting for all characters, from where they need to go to where they started.

Don't quest in a party. Stick your other chars in friends list if you want fast invites for duties.
