    Monk + Fracture in SkillManager missing

    I can't seem to find Fracture in the list of skills available for use for SkillManager as a Monk.  I tried editing an existing skill and replacing the Skill ID to 33 for Fracture but it doesn't work even though it registers it for Fracture.  Checked Misc Skills as well.

    Edit: NVM it's working
