I'm having the same issue.  Clicking the "Quest Options" box in Quest Mode brings up a blank window that says "Debug" at the top like in made2play's first post.  Just reporting in, let me know if you need extra info.  ^^/

Updated then worked for about 10 secs and the same problem happened again.

Updated. Well.... The console now doesn't show any error.

It still doesn't open the quest option tho. it does rename the Debug as Quest Option. LOL.
So basically it's still the same blue blank window with the name Quest Option, and not the real Quest Option.
